It can be caused by a number of reasons but usually because a spirit had an association with the building or people within and either needs to get a message across or simply needs help to move on in their new life.

Tim with the aid of his guides will come and help them cross over and relay any message they wish to give.

The energy lifts, the room feels lighter and the disturbances cease. On average the time needed will be an hour or two.
